This was a ferry service that ran between Panama and Colombia; however, it closed around 2015, and it does not seem that the ferry service will begin operating again in future.
Status as of December 2018
No new information. There is a Taboga Ferry Express, but it goes to an island off the coast of Panama, rather than going to Colombia.
