This was a ferry service that ran between Panama and Colombia; however, it closed around 2015, and it does not seem that the ferry service will begin operating again in future.

Status as of December 2018

No new information. There is a Taboga Ferry Express in the area, but it goes to an island off the coast of Panama, rather than going to Colombia.

Status as of February 2016

Ferry service has not been reopened. Recent comments on the Ferry Express Facebook page indicate that there may not be any ferry service across the Darien Gap at this time.
